Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item(s) arrives damaged, defected, or in bad condition. To be eligible for a refund you must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the item in question.

Item(s) purchased from Koily Kurls cannot be returned, except if defected damaged or in a bad condition upon arrival. We have a 14-day product warranty, which means if the product breaks within 14 days after receiving your item we will send you another one. Please note that if the item you have purchased from Koily Kurls is wrong, defected or damaged we will be obliged to send you a new Item. We do require a picture showing that the item is damaged, defected, or in bad condition.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
